Always and Everywhere
Jared C. Deery
28 May – 14 June 2026
The story
The title Always and Everywhere speaks to an omnipresent state of consciousness—a psychological framework where memory, nature, and formal abstraction intersect. Deery treats the canvas as a mutable space where botanical structures, spectral vessels, and glowing abstractions of flowers are existentially investigated. His work channels the experimental spirit of French symbolist poetry — what Rimbaud called a systematic "derangement of the senses."
Work
Deery's paintings depict imagined natural phenomena that explore both visionary and metaphoric symbology. His layered, ethereal canvases collapse the boundary between interior mental spaces and external organic forms.

Tøn exists for art that stays open — work that questions more than it concludes. We look for contemporary artists who are honest about the search, not just the result. We're always open to those we haven't met yet.
